What does this check actually do?
It is a passive, outside-in look at what already-public sources show about the host or domain you give us. We summarise the top exposures we can see and a recommended next step. It is not an authorised assessment and it is not a penetration test.
Do you log in, probe, or send traffic to our phone system?
No. We do not log in, probe, or send traffic to the phone system. The check uses public data only. Active testing happens later, and only under written authorisation.
What do you need from us?
A work email so we can reply, and the public host or domain of the phone system if you have one. Do not send passwords, tokens or other credentials.
Is this the same as GoldAgent Assess or Assure?
No. This is a free, low-commitment first look. Assess is a point-in-time authorised assessment with a full report, from £800. Assure is the flagship annual programme, from £1,290, with scheduled reassessment. Either can follow if the check suggests it is worth doing.
