GoldAgent is a trading name of GoldPaid Ltd (company number 17382540), which provides authorised telephony security services in the United Kingdom. GoldPaid Ltd is the data controller for personal data you submit through this website, registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC214216.

We collect only what we need to respond to your enquiry, which may include:

• Your name, work email, organisation and (if you provide it) phone number and role.
• Details you choose to share about your telephony environment and enquiry.
• Basic technical information necessary to operate the site securely.

Please do not submit passwords, security credentials or other sensitive technical secrets through our forms. Our forms are not designed to receive them.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you ask about. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract with you. Where you tick a consent box, that consent is an additional basis you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, email delivery or a customer-relationship tool) under appropriate agreements, and where the law requires it.

The service providers (processors) we rely on to operate this site include:

• Vercel Inc., website hosting and infrastructure, which processes requests to this site and any enquiry you submit through it.
• Email delivery: where we enable email notification of enquiries, a transactional email provider processes the details you submit so we can respond to you.

Each processor acts under an appropriate data-processing agreement. We keep a current list of the processors we use and will provide it on request.

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our legitimate business records, then delete or anonymise it. We will confirm specific retention periods on request.

You have rights under UK data-protection law, including to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise them, contact hello@thegoldagent.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
